**2. Products
The products available for sale are those shown on the site. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description and photographs. Colors and other details may vary slightly from the image shown.
**3. Prices
Product prices are quoted in euros and include all applicable taxes. Seghier reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is validated.
**4. Ordering**
The order is validated once the customer has completed the online ordering process and made payment. An order confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
**5. Payment**
Payment is due when the order is placed. Customers may pay by credit card, PayPal or any other payment method indicated on the site.
**6. Delivery**
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery times are given as an indication only and any delays do not entitle the customer to compensation. Shipments are always made with a tracking number, so that you can easily follow your order and its arrival date.
**7. Returns and refunds
Customers have 10 days from receipt of the product to request a return and refund, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
Returns must be accompanied by a tracking number and a return label, which can be downloaded from the Seghier website. If you have any problems with your order that are not mentioned here, please contact me as soon as possible and we will find a solution.

Seghier cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the products sold on the site.
